Products and pricing
Our jewelry is made by hand, so small natural variations in gemstones and finish are part of each piece. We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary. Diamond and gemstone weights are approximate. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers.

Orders and payment
You agree to give accurate, current information when you place an order. If we must change or cancel your order, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided and refund any payment.

Final sale pieces
Earrings, custom, engraved and resized pieces are final sale, as described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photos, designs, text and logos, belongs to Gold & Design and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Third-party links and tools
Our site may link to or use tools from third parties. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Gold & Design is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
