Free USA shipping
Every US order ships free by USA Ground, fully insured. Priority and Express shipping are available at checkout.

Production time
Every piece is made in our family jewelry studio, and production time depends on the piece. Many pieces ship the same day or within 1–2 business days. More detailed pieces, including wedding and eternity bands made to your ring size, take 5–10 business days. Each product page lists its own production time.

Delivery time
After your order ships, USA Ground delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Signature required
Orders of $500 or more require a signature at delivery.

International orders
We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any shipping, VAT, customs duties and import fees, and we can’t control delays caused by customs.

On arrival
Please inspect your package when it arrives and contact us right away about any damage or signs of tampering.
