Free USA Ground shipping
Every order ships free by USA Ground. Priority and Express are available at checkout. All orders are shipped fully insured.
Processing time
Most pieces are made to order in our studio and ship within 5–7 business days, often sooner. Wedding and eternity bands are made to your exact ring size; please allow up to 10 business days. Each product page lists its own production time.
International orders
We ship worldwide by USPS Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International. Customers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties and import fees.
Delivery
We ship to street addresses only; we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders of $500 or more require a signature at delivery. Please inspect your package on arrival and tell us right away about any damage or signs of tampering.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, in the original box, and shipped back by the customer fully insured. Please contact us before sending a return.
